N-able Adds Three Leaders to Further Strengthen its Global Channel Strategy

Leadership expansion and corresponding in-market programs designed to help meet the unique needs of the evolving and diverse IT services channel

BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2024-- N-able, Inc. (NYSE: NABL), a global software company helping IT services providers deliver remote monitoring and management, data protection as-a-service, and security solutions, has welcomed Jonathan Bartholomew, Vice President of Channel Sales; Paul Monaghan, Vice President of EMEA Sales; and Andy Hudson, Vice President of International Marketing. These key hires underscore the expanding support N-able has for the rapidly growing IT services market and its multi-layered channel with an active presence in 150 countries.

These new additions to N-able will broaden its channel strategy to meet the needs of its full set of partners, which is comprised of distributors, resellers, and MSPs all working to benefit the small and medium enterprises at the end of the line. It takes a wide range of different types of participants to be successful in the diverse IT services channel, which brings the delivery of security and IT management solutions and services through distinct and collaborative layers. N-able takes a global yet highly localized approach to its channel programs to enhance scalability, flexibility, and responsiveness in addressing unique market demands.

Each of the new leaders bring a wealth of channel and IT industry expertise to their roles:

  • Jonathan Bartholomew, VP, Channel Sales – Jonathan holds extensive channel and security expertise, having previously worked with industry leaders like Sophos. He will focus on enhancing N-able relationships with resellers and distributors—to empower them to serve their small and medium enterprise and MSP clients more effectively and efficiently, in the ways that best meet their unique business objectives.
  • Paul Monaghan, VP, EMEA Sales – With a keen focus on MSPs across EMEA and beyond, Paul will help N-able broaden its global reach. His experience in international sales will be instrumental in developing strategies that cater to the unique demands of N-able MSP partners, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive in their respective markets.
  • Andy Hudson, VP, International Marketing – Andy will head the N-able international go-to-market strategies, particularly outside of North America. His insights will help guide the company’s efforts to scale more quickly and adapt to varying global market dynamics, ensuring that content and programs resonate with diverse audiences.

“These strategic hires reflect the commitment N-able has to building a robust and dynamic channel ecosystem that benefits our partners and the businesses they serve,” said Frank Colletti, Chief Revenue Officer at N-able. “Partnership sits at the center of everything we do and every program we build, and these leaders play a pivotal role in helping us stay true to that promise globally.
