Director/PDMR Shareholding

Keller Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 November 2024 it was notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 10   pence each (“Shares”) undertaken by a person disclosing managerial responsibility (“PDMR”) :

Deepak Raj, Divisional President, APAC, purchased:

-           7,500 Shares at   GBP 14.34 per Share, and

-           2,500 Shares at GBP 14.69 per Share.

The transactions took place on 14 November 2024 in   London   (XLON).
