Largest Dealership Review Platform Reveals Best Dealers Across North America; Subaru, Acura and Volvo Stand Out as Highest-Rated Brands

CHICAGO , March 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Car-shopping marketplace and dealer reputation site Cars.com® (NYSE: CARS) today announced the winners of its Dealer of the Year Awards, presented annually to the top automotive dealers across North America. Auto dealers were honored as Cars.com Dealer of the Year recipients based on more than 1.3 million online consumer reviews submitted in 2024. Winners were chosen according to key drivers of repeat and referral business, including average star rating, total number of reviews and dealer response to those reviews.

Nearly 60% of Dealer of the Year winning dealers leverage Employee Profile Pages for their dealership staff and more than 200,000 dealership employees received more than 1.4 million individual ratings last year.
