TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 21, 2025-- DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U and TSX: DRR.UN) (“Dream Residential REIT” or the “REIT”) today announced its April 2025 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The April distribution will be payable on May 15, 2025 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2025.
