Monthly Commentary:

• Record month-end AUM of over $116 billion, our 9^th month-end record in the past 12 months
• Nearly $3.2 billion of net inflows year-to-date, a ~9% pace of annualized organic growth
• April net inflows include $650 million into our U.S. and International Developed Equity product suites, a ~15% pace of annualized organic growth
• The WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS ETF (WDEF) continues to demonstrate strong momentum, attracting nearly $1.5 billion of net inflows year-to-date since its launch in March
