('Zoomcar' or the 'Company') (OTCQX: ZCAR), India's largest peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, today announced a strategic partnership with CARS24, a leading platform for used car transactions in India, to bring industry-grade vehicle inspection and tracking standards to the self-drive car-sharing space.

As part of this collaboration, CARS24 will conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and install GPS tracking devices on newly onboarded host vehicles, ensuring greater transparency, safety, and guest satisfaction. The pilot will initially cover host vehicles in Delhi, with the potential to expand based on results.

With a high volume of monthly bookings and increasing demand for reliable self-drive experiences, this initiative is designed to proactively minimize mechanical issues, guest dissatisfaction, and operational disruptions.

Vehicles that meet the standards will be marked as 'verified' on the platform. For guests, this tag serves as an assurance of quality, and for new verified hosts, it unlocks greater earning potential.

With this partnership, Zoomcar will equip its vehicles with advanced GPS tracking devices. These devices will enable real-time tracking in the event of unauthorised use and allow for continuous monitoring of driver behavior, thereby promoting safer driving practices.
