Brookdale Announces Shareholders Have Elected All Eight of the Company's Directors Based on Preliminary Results
Brookdale issued the following statement:

The preliminary results also indicated that shareholders approved all other proposals submitted for a vote at the Annual Meeting. The results announced today are considered preliminary until final results are tabulated and certified by the independent Inspector of Elections.
