Mr. Martin joins Utz with nearly 20 years of investment management and consumer research experience and will report to William J. Kelley, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Martin holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and a BA from George Washington University.
