CI GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT REFILES MANAGEMENT REPORTS OF FUND PERFORMANCE

CI Global Asset Management (“CI GAM”) refiled the Annual Management Reports of Fund Performance (the “MRFPs”) for the funds listed below on July 31, 2025. The refiling is to correct inadvertent misstatements in the disclosure of the funds’ management expense ratios (“MERs”) and trading expense ratios (“TERs”). No other changes were made to the funds’ MRFPs.
