Each of the new childcare centers is being developed in collaboration with third party, high-quality childcare providers and will align with plant production schedules, helping to ensure that team members can balance work and family responsibilities.

North Carolina ,Liberty, N.C. , opened inAugust 2025 and will care for up to 312 children over two shifts. -

Mississippi ,Blue Springs, Miss. , opens in fall 2025 and will care for up to 238 children over two shifts. -

Alabama ,Huntsville, Ala. , opens in 2026 and will care for up to 274 children over two shifts. -

West Virginia ,Buffalo, W.Va. , opens by 2027 and will care for up to 240 children over two shifts.
All centers will introduce an age-based curriculum for children six-weeks to five-years, promoting learning through motor development, as well as physical, cognitive and social-emotional growth. They will be equipped with a commercial kitchen, STEM room, movement matters space and an outdoor playground.
