Google Cloud Lays Foundation for AI, Collaboration in Brazil

Growing provider ecosystem enables rapid modernization of enterprise data, applications, decision-making, ISG Provider Lens® report says

SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 13, 2025-- A growing number of enterprises in Brazil are adopting Google Cloud solutions to take advantage of the platform’s AI, data analysis and security tools and services, according to a new research report published today by Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm.

The 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem report for Brazil finds that Google Cloud continues to gain share in the rapidly growing Brazilian cloud market. Organizations are turning to cloud infrastructure for more efficient and flexible IT systems as part of overall digital transformation initiatives. Many Google Cloud service providers are launching operations in Brazil or expanding their partnerships with Google Cloud and Google Workspace.

“The Google Cloud ecosystem in Brazil is becoming more mature and complete,” said Anay Nawathe, ISG cloud delivery lead for the Americas. “Providers are embracing Google Cloud’s ease of use and building solutions that meet the needs of AI-driven, collaborative companies.”

Google Cloud solutions are helping Brazilian enterprises make broader use of generative AI, applying the technology to use cases including customer service personalization, efficient knowledge management and faster analysis of unstructured data, the report says. Service providers are helping companies use Google Cloud tools such as Vertex AI to scale up their AI implementations. Providers that consult with clients to understand their business needs are easing skepticism about GenAI and enabling reliable rollouts.

As in other markets, Brazilian companies with solid data strategies and modern databases gain the most benefit from GenAI, ISG says. Service providers in Brazil play a crucial role in enabling clients to move beyond siloed, outdated legacy infrastructure. Companies are seeking partners that can manage, analyze and protect data using Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery, Vertex AI and Dataflow.

Google Cloud is even gaining traction in Brazil’s public sector, enabling digital transformation and the modernization of government services, the report says. From the national government’s executive and judicial branches to midsize cities, agencies are digitizing services to improve efficiency and use advanced data analysis for better-informed decision-making.

Many enterprises in Brazil that have modernized their IT environments rely on CloudOps tools to manage infrastructure, applications and data workloads across public cloud ecosystems, ISG says. Google Cloud service providers are delivering CloudOps capabilities through tools such as Google Anthos, helping clients improve scalability, efficiency, security and resilience.

“The Brazilian companies that are at the forefront of cloud adoption rely on both CloudOps and FinOps to maximize the benefits of the cloud,” said Adriana Frantz, lead author of the report. “Google Cloud ecosystem providers have become trusted partners for ongoing management challenges.”

The report also examines other Google Cloud trends in Brazil, including the growing use of Google Agentspace to develop and deploy AI agents and rising demand for Google Workspace services for real-time collaboration.
