Later, the Foundation refined and expanded its grants to technical schools and community colleges to help strengthen their curriculum for students and teachers – a cause the Foundation still champions today. In addition to ensuring individuals are ready to enter the workforce, the Foundation supports programs in STEM education, sustainable natural infrastructure, access to basic services, and disaster preparedness, mitigation and recovery.
