LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. , Sept. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Products (NYSE: APD), a leading global industrial gas supplier, today announced that its new air separation facility in Cleveland, Ohio is onstream and supplying customers. Air Products built, owns and operates the new facility which includes liquid production capability.

Air Products is also reinvesting at the same location to extend the life of an existing air separation unit and liquefier plant. Products including gaseous oxygen, gaseous nitrogen and liquid argon are supplied under a long-term contract to an onsite customer, with additional products supplied to the regional merchant market.

Air Products has been operating in Cleveland since the 1960s. In addition to the onsite customer, Air Products supplies a wide range of industries in the surrounding regional area including chemicals, food, electronics, primary materials, fabricated metals, health and medical, and utilities. The Cleveland plant also serves as a liquid back-up source to onsite gaseous supply for several other Air Products' customers in the Cleveland area.
