New 9” profile for Royal^® and Exterior Portfolio^® lines answers demand for wider, more traditional exterior styles

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 2026-- Westlake Royal Building Products^™ (“Westlake Royal”), a Westlake company (NYSE: WLK), today announced the launch of a new 9” wide vinyl Board & Batten profile, expanding its Royal^® and Exterior Portfolio^® lines. The new profile is the widest traditional vinyl Board & Batten profile currently on the market.

Designed for vertical siding applications, the new 9" wide Board & Batten profile delivers a more substantial appearance than previous Board & Batten offerings. The profile features a 9" overall panel width — with a 7” board width and 2" batten width — creating stronger architectural balance compared to narrower profiles. Built-in design details, including a 5/8" projection height, gently arched battens and batten accentuator beads, also reinforce depth, wall robustness and strong vertical lines.

The Royal and Exterior Portfolio vinyl siding lines combine the beauty of natural wood with durability and low maintenance.
