(NYSE: MITT) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.24 per common share for the first quarter 2026, representing a 4.3% increase over the prior quarter dividend of $0.23 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2026.
