Expanding Access to Healthcare and Strengthen Community Impact

Applications are open for the Claritev Cares Rural Health Grant program until June 1, 2026.

Since 1995, Claritev has contributed more than $700,000 to underserved communities through more than 100 rural health grants, supporting hospitals, rural health clinics, and federally qualified health centers as they expand essential services, education, screenings, and community-based programs.

2024 Rural Health Grant Recipient New River Health Association (West Virginia) Breathing Center Director Lisa Emery, reflected on the impact of receiving the grant funds.

“One of New River’s core missions is improving access to healthcare by offering a broad range of services to our community. The grant money we received from Claritev was used to support additional resources that allow our respiratory therapists to spend more time empowering and educating patients,” Emery said. “When patients complete our program, they are driving again. They are going to the grocery store by themselves. These are big wins for the patients and for their families. It’s making a real impact on our community.”
