(NYSE American: CVR) (the "Company") announces that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Sheraton Lisle Hotel, 3000 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois, 60532 on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CDT). Meeting materials for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders were mailed to shareholders on or about April 7, 2026.
The Company also announces that, as previously disclosed in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "10-K"), which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 3, 2026, the Company's audited consolidated financial statements include an audit opinion from Cherry Bekaert LLP that contains a "going concern" qualification.
