Upon closing of the transaction, ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of York, continuing to serve customers across the broader industry.

The consummation of the acquisition of ALL.SPACE is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is expected to occur in the third quarter.
