Under the terms of the Merger Agreement, at the effective time of the merger of Merger Sub with and into Masimo (the “Merger”), each share of common stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger will be canceled and automatically converted into the right to receive
The Merger is subject to fulfillment of customary conditions to closing, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals and clearances. The Company expects the Merger to close in 2026.
