Effective June 1, 2026, TRWD’s principal corporate offices will be located at 1531 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104, the headquarters of Peppermint Hippo. The relocation reflects the deepening relationship between Tradewinds Universal and Peppermint Hippo, and the two companies shared commitment to building a national conglomerate of 100 or more Premier Gentlemen’s Clubs under a single public structure.

The Las Vegas headquarters relocation is part of TRWD’s continued execution of its previously announced Q2 goals. The Company is actively progressing through those milestones and will provide shareholders with updates as each is completed.
