Telinta has integrated Vida’s AI agent technology into its TeliCore^TM platform, enabling telecom service providers to add the power of AI agents to popular services like Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, UCaaS, VoIP calling via brandable Mobile and Desktop Softphones, WebRTC, and other business telecom services.

With Vida, Telinta customers get access to Vida’s platform to provide AI agents to their end-user business customers.
