Telinta has integrated Vida’s AI agent technology into its TeliCoreTM platform, enabling telecom service providers to add the power of AI agents to popular services like Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, UCaaS, VoIP calling via brandable Mobile and Desktop Softphones, WebRTC, and other business telecom services.
With Vida, Telinta customers get access to Vida’s platform to provide AI agents to their end-user business customers. Vida AI agents answer inbound calls with intelligent, natural-language responses informed by the end user’s knowledge base and CRM data. During a call, agents can send SMS messages with links to make purchases, access documentation, book reservations, or complete other online transactions.
