WHITE PLAINS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 1, 2026-- Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh (NYSE:MRSH) and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the completion of its previously announced agreement to acquire TriBridge Partners, a leading independent benefits broker and retirement and wealth advisor headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With the closing of the acquisition, MMA’s Mid-Atlantic team has gained a unique blend of group health, wealth, and personal lines insurance expertise to add to its strong property/casualty practice, which will be an asset for our clients in the DC and Baltimore area. TriBridge Partners employees will join MMA and continue to operate out of their existing Columbia office location.

TriBridge Partners was founded in 2013 upon the strategic merger between three well-established regional brokerage and advisory firms, offering health and employee benefits, retirement plan advisory, wealth management, and individual insurance services to clients across the Mid-Atlantic.
