AEVEX is offering 5,726,157 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 2,273,843 shares of Class A common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
