DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 16, 2026-- Amen Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMEN) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The Company posted oil and gas revenue of $599,635 and net income of $2.6 million. These results compare to revenue of $728,294 and net income of $240,334 for the first quarter of 2025. The Company’s significantly improved profitability in the first quarter of 2026 was primarily due to the sale and assignment of leasehold interests, which generated proceeds of approximately $2.3 million.

Amen also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $12.50 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on June 30 with a payment date of July 7.
