Technology veteran to pursue new leadership opportunity outside of legal

Cartrett will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at ImageTrend, a leading provider of software and data analytics solutions for emergency medical services, fire departments, hospitals, and public safety agencies.

The leadership transition comes at a time of exceptional strength for Aderant. Since joining Aderant in 2014, Cartrett has served in several executive leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth, Executive Vice President, and President & CEO beginning in 2021. During his tenure, he helped shape Aderant's strategic direction, built exceptional leadership with organizational talent depth, fostered a culture of innovation, and strengthened the company's foundation as the operating backbone and trusted technology partner to the world’s leading law firms.

Price previously served as Aderant's CEO from 2017 to 2021 and was a member of the Aderant Executive Team for more than a decade. Since 2021, she has held executive leadership roles across the Roper portfolio, including Interim CEO of iPipeline and advisor on strategic growth and M&A initiatives.
