About the company

Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Fund mainly invests in real estate in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and the surrounding urban areas. The properties include IIF Narashino Logistics Center (land), IIF Atsugi Logistics Center II, IIF Kawaguchi Logistics Center, and IIF Higashi Osaka Logistics Center. The asset manager of the Fund is Mitsubishi Corp. - UBS Realty Inc.
