Afrimat Limited is a South Africa-based mid-tier mining and materials company. The Company supplies a range of products ranging from construction materials, such as aggregates, bricks, blocks, pavers and ready-mix concrete; industrial minerals, which includes lime and lime products, and bulk commodities, which includes iron ore, anthracite and manganese. Its segments include Construction Materials, Industrial Minerals, Bulk Commodities, Future Materials and Metals, and Services. Its Construction Materials segment supplies a variety of aggregates and concrete-based products. Industrial Minerals segment consists mainly of the sale of limestone, dolomite and industrial sand. Its Bulk Commodities segment comprises iron ore and anthracite. Its Future Materials and Metals segment comprises phosphate, vermiculite and rare earth elements. Its Services segment consists of Company’s shared services, including IT services, consulting services, external logistical and mining services.
