The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries, such as Aguas Cordillera SA, Aguas del Maipo SA, Essal SA, Gestion y Servicios SA and EcoRiles SA. The Company is indirectly controlled by Suez SA through Inversiones Aguas Metropolitanas SA.
