Avtovaz AO, formerly Avtovaz PAO, is a Russia-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of passenger automobiles. The Company and its subsidiaries manufacture full-cycle cars for four brands: LADA, Renault, Nissan, and Datsun. The Company operates through three business segments: the Automotive segment includes production and sale of vehicles, assembly kits, and automotive components produced by the Company, LADA Izhevsk, PSA VIS-AVTO, and LADA Sport; the Dealership network segment involves sales of vehicles and spare parts and services provided by technical centers; as well as the Others segment, which include activities of other subsidiaries that are engaged in non-core activities. The Company's manufacturing facilities are located in the cities of Togliatti and Izhevsk of the Russian Federation. It has a sales and services network spanning the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and other countries.
