Odfjell Drilling Ltd. is a Bermuda-based company that owns and operates mobile offshore drilling units. The Company’s segments include Own Fleet and External Fleet. The Own Fleet segment operates mobile offshore drilling units owned by the Company. The External Fleet segment offers management services to other owners of drilling units, mainly operational management, management of regulatory requirements, marketing, contract negotiations and client relations, preparations for operation and mobilization. It offers a fleet of semi-submersible rigs. The Company’s fleet includes Deepsea Aberdeen, Deepsea Nordkapp, Deepsea Atlantic, Deepsea Stavanger, Deepsea Yantai, Deepsea Bollsta, Hercules, and Deepsea Mira. The market for its services is the offshore oil and gas industry, and the customers consist primarily of integrated oil companies, independent oil and gas producers and government-owned oil companies.
