About the company

Phoenix Power Co SAOC is an Oman-based company engaged in the power generation sector. The Company focuses on the ownership and operation of the Sur independent power plant a gas-fired combined cycle power generation plant with a contracted power capacity of approximately 2,000 megawatts (MW), located in the Sur industrial estate between the Oman LNG terminal and Oman India Fertilizer Company plant. The Company’s Plant consists of five gas turbines (GT), five triple pressure heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) and three steam turbines (ST). The Company’s major shareholders include Axia Power Holdings B.V., JERA Power Management Mid East B.V., Nebras Power QSC, and Middle East Investment LLC.
