Red Rock Resources plc is a United Kingdom-based natural resources investment, exploration, and development company with interests in gold, copper and cobalt, and other minerals. The Company manages a diverse portfolio of mining and oil and gas projects and investments around the world. Its projects and investments include Migori Gold Project, Berringa Mine, Ballarat Mine, Faso Minerals Limited, El Limon, VUP Copper/Cobalt JV and Elephant Oil Ltd. It owns Migori Gold Project through an approximately 75% direct interest in Mid Migori Mining Company Ltd, which controls a gold resource in Kenya over two exploration licenses. The licenses cover an area of approximately 245 square kilometers (km2) and are located in the southwest corner of Kenya, approximately 290 kilometer west of the capital Nairobi. It controls three licenses in Katanga Segment of the Central African Copperbelt prospective for copper and cobalt, which include Musonoi, Kamukongo and Kasombo South.
