Its one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses offer a neutral color palette. The Company's assisted living offers a range of services, including scheduled transport services and outings, village management and administration, maintaining and operating the community amenities, and gardening and ground maintenance, among others. It also offers rest home care in an assisted-living apartment. It owns and operates approximately 38 villages across New Zealand and seven in Victoria, Australia. It has a further 17 villages in the pipeline.
