The Gears segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of gearboxes, adaption and ancillaries for the valve industry. The Instruments segment is engaged in the manufacture of pneumatic controls and power transmission products for a range of industries. The Instruments segment manufactures and supplies instrumentation and control products for flow, pressure, temperature and position measurement applications for a range of industries. Its products are used on applications for upstream, midstream and downstream activities, including offshore and onshore production facilities, refining and processing.
