Its operating retail portfolio contains shopping centers in Liege, Nivelles, Tournai and Genk. In addition, the portfolio investment properties contain offices in Brussels and Antwerp. The development portfolio comprises the ground positions and the realized investments relating to the restructuration and/or extensions of shopping centers in Genk, Ghent, Tournai and Waterloo. The Company’s retail portfolio includes Shopping Centre Belle-Ile, Shopping Centre Nivelles, Shopping Centre Les Bastions, as well as the retail complex, Stadsplein, in Genk and the retail complex in Waterloo.
