Belvoir Lettings plc is engaged in selling, supporting and training residential lettings franchises. The Company also operates letting agencies and its activities includes collection of rent, and management of residential properties, let on behalf of landlords. Effective July 31, 2013, Belvoir Lettings PLC acquired Belvoir Property Management (UK) Ltd, a real estate agency. In November 2013, its Belvoir Warrington and St Helens franchisees has jointly acquired a lettings portfolio in the Cheshire and Merseyside regions. In July 2014, Belvoir Lettings PLC announced the acquisition of Key Estate Agents and Belvoir Grantham office. In July 2014, Belvoir Lettings Plc acquired Maitland Rachel Ltd, an Hereford-based provider of real estate agency services.
