Confirmation of CFO change and Board appointment
Ricardo plc, a global strategic, environmental, and engineering consulting company, announces that further to the announcements made on 3 April 2023 and 3 July 2023, Judith Cottrell, who joined as a Board Director and as Chief Financial Officer Designate of the Company on 1 July 2023, has today been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Ian Gibson, the previous CFO, has stepped down from the Board following his retirement.
