Bondholder Update
Eros Media World PLC (the "Company") hereby notifies Bondholders of a slight delay in the provision to the Trustee of a copy of its annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022, which it was due to provide to the Trustee by 30 September 2023 in accordance with the terms of the Consent Solicitation announced on 8 March 2023. The Company has been working hard with its auditors to meet this deadline but, owing to some unforeseen last-minute delays, it expects that it will only be able to meet this requirement by 15 October 2023. However, the Company wishes to reassure Bondholders that this situation is expected to be resolved by that date.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in this notice have the meaning given to them in the Repurchase and Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated 8 March 2023.
