Company makes irrevocable equity contribution in subsidiary Radio Mitre S.A.
On 6 October 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that, on that date, the Company had entered into an Irrevocable Contribution agreement (the "Agreement") with its subsidiary Radio Mitre S.A. ("Radio Mitre") whereby the Company made a USD 500,000 irrevocable equity contribution (the "Irrevocable Contribution") into Radio Mitre, towards future share issuances. The Irrevocable Contribution was paid in on the same date, at the buyers' exchange rate published at the close of business by Banco de la Nación Argentina.
The purpose of the Irrevocable Contribution is to absorb accumulated losses in Radio Mitre.
