Gattaca plc ("Gattaca", the "Company" or the "Group"), the specialist staffing solutions business, confirms that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2023, together with notice of the Group's 2023 annual general meeting (the "AGM"), have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website, at www.gattacaplc.com.
The AGM will be held at 9:30am on 6 December 2023 at the Solent Hotel, Rookery Avenue, Whiteley, Hampshire, PO15 7AJ.
