Director dealings and shareholdings
Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium and gold assets in West Africa, announces that it has been informed today that Charles Joseland, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Director Dealing") in order to satisfy cost and tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options (the "Exercise"), as announced by the Company on 16 November 2023.
Following the Director Dealing and the Exercise, Charles Joseland holds 36,250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.18 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Transfer of certificated shareholding
In addition, the Company has today been informed that Robert Wooldridge, non-executive chairman, and Charles Joseland, non-executive director, have transferred certificated holdings of 76,785,714 and 6,250,000 Ordinary Shares respectively to their respective nominee account held on their behalf (together the "Transfers"). Following the Transfers, Robert Wooldridge and Charles Joseland's respective beneficial shareholding in the Ordinary Shares remain unchanged.
Details of the Director Dealing and Transfers in which directors and PDMRs are interested are set out in the table at the end of this announcement, which has been provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
