Neil Johnson, Chair of the Company, purchased 33,500 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 149 pence. Following this purchase Neil Johnson is interested in a total of 96,393 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
