TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group notifies the market that as at 29 February 2024 the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 41,506,191 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the Shares). The Shares carry voting rights of one vote per Share.

The Company does not currently hold any Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 41,506,191 may be used by shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's Shares under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Sensors and Effectors

·      ELAC SONAR supplies advanced sonar systems and underwater communications to global customers in the naval marketplace.  Acquired by Cohort in December 2020.  www.elac-sonar.de 

·      SEA delivers and supports technology-based products for the defence and transport markets alongside specialist research and training services. Acquired by Cohort in October 2007. www.sea.co.uk
