Further to its announcement dated 9 February 2024, Catenae Innovation PLC, is pleased to announce that is has changed its name to Catenai PLC and the Company's London Stock Exchange market ticker will become CTAI (formerly CTEA) as of 08:00 today.
The Company's website address (which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26) is now www.catenaiplc.com.
The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.
