In the light of today's announcement by Witan of a review of its future management arrangements, Gabrielle Boyle has informed the Board that, due to potential conflicts of interest arising from her role as Investment Director of Global Equities for Troy Asset Management, she has decided to resign as a Director.
The Board has accepted her resignation, with regret, while respecting the potential issues involved, and thanks Gabrielle for her wise counsel and service to Witan's shareholders since 2019.
