(“JD.com” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: JD and HKEX: 9618 (HKD counter) and 89618 (RMB counter)), a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider, today announced that Ms. Sandy Ran Xu, chief executive officer (“CEO”) of JD.com, will concurrently serve as CEO of JD Retail, the retail segment of JD.com, effective immediately. Mr. Lijun Xin, former CEO of JD Retail, will assume a different role at the Company.
