About the company

Earths Energy Limited, formerly Cradle Resources Limited, is an Australia-based geothermal exploration and production company. The Company’s subsidiaries include Volt Geothermal Pty Ltd (Volt), which holds geothermal exploration licenses in South Australia (Volt Project); and Within Energy Pty Ltd (Within), which holds geothermal exploration licenses in Queensland (Within Project). The Volt Project comprises secured blocks totaling approximately 12,035 square kilometers (km2) with four contiguous geothermal exploration licenses capturing geothermal resource potential between Port Augusta and Olympic Dam, and one geothermal exploration license east of Flinders Ranges. The Within Project comprises four contiguous blocks (registered and applications) over 10,000 km2 capturing geothermal resource potential west of Brisbane/Gold Coast to Roma.
