Its property portfolio includes Daiwa Ginza Building, Daiwa Minami Aoyama Building, Daiwa Kyobashi Building, Daiwa Nishi-Shinjuku Building and among others. The asset manager of the Fund is Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co Ltd.
