Unity Metals Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in gold and base metal exploration, discovery and development in Southeast Asia. The Company’s projects are Ngot Gold Project, O’Phlay Gold Project, Ta Vaeng Copper and Gold Project, and the Loei Copper and Gold Project. The Ngot Gold Project comprises one license, the Ngot license, and covers an area of around 112.4 square kilometers (km2). It adjoins the southern border of Emerald Resource NL’s Okvau Gold Mine, approximately 35 kilometers (km) west of the town of Sen Monorom and 350 km northeast of Phnom Penh. The O'Phlay Gold Project comprises one license, the O’Phlay Licence, which covers an area of around 195.6 km2 in Mondulkiri province, close to the Cambodia-Vietnam border, and approximately 45 km northwest of the town of Sen Monorom. The Ta Vaeng Copper Gold Project comprises one license application. It covers an area of 199 km2 in the Ratanakiri Province in northeastern Cambodia.
