The portfolio of the Company includes approximately 12 properties. The portfolio of properties includes hospitality, higher education, office building, industrial and retail sectors. The Company's properties include Vista Tower, SEGi University, Selayang Mall, Dana 13, Dana 1 Commercial Centre, HELP University, Lot 162 & 163, Alor Setar, Wisma Comcorp, Contraves, Toshiba Tec Malaysia, RHF Stone Factory, and Alfa University College, and others. Vista Tower is located within the Intermark development at Jalan Tun Razak. SEGi University is located within Taman Sains Selangor 1, an emerging high-technology industrial estate in Kota Damansara. HELP University is located in the commercial corner of Damansara Heights, over 4 kilometers to the southwest of Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
